Vegan "Pulled-Pork" BBQ Lettuce Wraps

Vegan lettuce wraps have all of the flavor of traditional BBQ pulled pork, but vegan friendly and plant based!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of No Evil Pulled "Pork" BBQ
  • pickled jalapenos
  • 4 red radishes sliced into thin strips
  • 6 large cabbage leaves
  • 2 green onions diced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients.
  • Heat the "pork" in a small saucepan.
  • Spoon the "pork" into each lettuce wrap and top with watercress, cilantro, radishes and jalapeño.
  • It's that easy - enjoy!!

Notes

There is so much flavor in plant-based "pork" so no need to spice it up further unless you want to!
