Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon yellow or red, cubed
  • ¼ cup tomatillo
  • ½ red pepper diced
  • cup red onion minced
  • 1 handful cilantro chopped
  • 1 handful mint chopped
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ jalapeño pepper diced
  • ½ serrano pepper diced

Instructions

  • Prep all ingredients - watermelon, tomatillo, red pepper, red onion, cilantro, mint, lime, jalapeño pepper, serrano pepper. Measure out honey, salt and pepper.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir together. 
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Optional: More or less of the hot peppers. If peppers are left seeded, they will give more heat!
