Ingredients
2cupsseedless watermelonyellow or red, cubed
¼cuptomatillo
½red pepperdiced
⅓cupred onionminced
1handful cilantrochopped
1handful mintchopped
½limejuiced
1tablespoonhoney or agave
2teaspoonssea salt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
½jalapeño pepperdiced
½serrano pepperdiced
Instructions
Prep all ingredients - watermelon, tomatillo, red pepper, red onion, cilantro, mint, lime, jalapeño pepper, serrano pepper. Measure out honey, salt and pepper.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir together.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Optional: More or less of the hot peppers. If peppers are left seeded, they will give more heat!
